How the competition works

Refund Policy

If you would like to request a refund for tickets purchased please do so within 7 days of your purchase by emailing us at sales@podiumprizes.com with your order number and reason for refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the cancellation request and will be based on the original payment method: I.e payments by credit card will be credited on the original credit card charged. If you paid by cash at one of our events refunds will be processed as check refunds; therefore please provide your address details.

You will find your order number on the email confirmation sent at time of purchase.

Any purchases made within 7 days of the competition draw date (1st December 2017) will be non refundable.

Please note, any refunds issued will remove your entry from the competition.

When does the draw take place?

PodiumPrizes will be at all the European MotoGP rounds throughout the 2017 season. The Grand Prize draw takes place on the 1st of December 2017 via live video on our Facebook page with MotoGP rider Scott Redding.

The draw is done by a random ticket generator.

How do I enter?

Answer the skills based question, then select how many tickets you want to buy.

You can enter via our website or visit our stand at the MotoGP events.

Remember more tickets = more chances to win a Ducati Panigale 959 MotoGP Replica!

How is the winner selected?

Winners will be selected by Scott Redding via Facebook Live using a computer generated programmer within the website.

If your ticket number is selected – you are the WINNER!

Who can enter?

Anyone over the age of 16 can enter our competitions, Also anyone in any location can enter however the bike is road legal in the UK and Europe, so please bare in mind if you are outside of these locations there may be cost to you if you won the bike to make it road legal in your country, we will ship the bike to any country the winner is located.

Where can I enter?

You can enter on our website, podiumprizes.com or in person when you meet us at one of the many events we attend throughout the year.

*Only one free entry per person.

How much are the tickets?

Our standard (discounted) pricing is as follows:

1 ticket = £4

4 tickets = £10

10 tickets = £20

30 tickets = £30

Are there any discounts or offers?

We already have standard discounts set for multiple ticket purchase:

4 tickets £10 | 10 tickets £20 | 30 tickets £30

We also run special offers or discount codes – look out for them on the website and on social media.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can buy up to 200 tickets. We offer discounts for multiple ticket purchases.

Do I get a receipt or a ticket

Yes – each person will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided upon entry. This email will include a unique ticket number for each ticket you have purchased.

We also keep a record of these so we can match you with the winning ticket!

Can I swap my prize for cash?

We offer an £8,000 cash alternative for our Grand Prize!


What happens if I win?

Do i own The Prize?

Yes! The bike has already been purchased from Ducati UK. It is brand new.

How do I get my prize?

We will deliver the prize anywhere in the world.

Delivery arrangements are made after the draw has taken place.

Please be aware that the bike is road legal in the UK & Europe, if a winner is from a country outside of this there may be a cost to yourselves regards to getting the bike legal in your country.


Will you tell me if I have won?

Winners will be notified by telephone and email.

Details of winners will also be available on our website here.

Is insurance included for the Prize?

No. Insurance is the winners responsibility.

Yes. This is a genuine competition, organised by a UK based limited company.

It is a skills based competition and not deemed as gambling, raffle or lottery.
